The idea comes from the need to make our customers eat a good steak even when they are out and about visiting our city.

We simply put a pre-cut steak in two cones, with chunks the size of a bite and roast potatoes to be eaten with a wooden toothpick, nothing more than a piece of Florentine cooked rare.
